Yes, we prioritize i-Size R129 certified seats, the most recent and strictest European standard. It mandates lateral impact testing, classifies seats by height (more precise than weight), and requires rear-facing until at least 15 months. Some of our older equipment is ECE R44/04 certified, which remains legal.

Each seat is checked and cleaned after every use, then deep-cleaned once a week. We only use equipment less than 3 years old that has never been in an accident. Covers are washed regularly. Your child travels in the same cleanliness and safety conditions as in your own vehicle.

When booking, we ask for your child's age and weight. This allows us to select the most suitable car seat or booster from our fleet of recent and certified equipment (ECE R44/04 or R129 i-Size standards). Our drivers are trained to install them correctly.

Yes, it's our absolute priority. They are checked and cleaned after each use, and disinfected once a week. We only use recent equipment (less than 3 years old) that has never been in an accident. Your child travels in the same conditions of cleanliness and safety as in your own vehicle.

It's very simple! On our booking form, indicate the number of children. For each child, you can select the type of seat needed (infant seat, car seat, booster). Our Vans can accommodate up to 8 passengers in total, with several seat combinations possible.

In a private car (VTC), yes: the law requires an appropriate restraint for every child under 10, and the driver has a duty to refuse an unsecured child. In a taxi, a car seat is not mandatory (French Highway Code, article R412-2), which doesn't make the ride any safer. ECE R44/04 certified seats work with the seatbelt. i-Size R129 seats generally use Isofix, which is available on all our Mercedes vehicles. We select our seats from brands rated highest by ADAC (German organization, European reference for crash tests) and French Road Safety Authority. Our criteria: 'very good' rating minimum on crash safety, mandatory i-Size R129 certification, proven installation ergonomics. Buying a used car seat from a stranger is dangerous — it should be illegal even though the law doesn't prevent it. A seat may have suffered an invisible accident (internal foam deformed), be expired, or no longer comply with i-Size R129 (progressively replacing ECE R44). Only acceptable exception: a seat passed down within the family, with full known history (never in an accident, date < 5 years).
