How do I book a car seat?
When booking, select the age and weight of each child. We will automatically provide the appropriate seat (infant carrier, car seat or booster) for free.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through our secure Stripe platform. Payment is made online at the time of booking.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, cancellation is free up to 24 hours before departure. After that, a 50% cancellation fee applies. Cancellation is not possible less than 2 hours before departure.
How do I modify my booking?
Log in to your account and go to "My Bookings". You can modify the date, time or passenger information up to 12 hours before departure.
